1. Order Cancellation

  • After Shipping: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

If the product is lost in transit.

Wrong Product

If the wrong item is delivered to you.

Damaged Item

If the product is damaged during shipping.

*If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

3. Return & Replacement

We are committed to quality. If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it for free.

  • Eligibility: Returns accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Timeline: You must initiate the return request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Process: Once approved, the replacement process initiates within 2-3 business days. Delivery of replacement takes 4-7 business days.
